What is PMP
Multi-plane psychology arises from the union of psychotherapy techniques and therapeutic meditation and emotional integration, achieving a better understanding of personality across the four planes that constitute it.
- The mental plane where thoughts arise and where self-image, limiting beliefs, mental noise, etc. reside.
- The emotional plane where feelings and all emotional states are generated, from the most basic to the most complex: desire, suffering, attachments, etc.
- The vital plane—the most subtle and often overlooked—of will, motivation, vitality, enthusiasm for life, and drive to act.
- The physical plane, which includes the body and the manifestations of our actions and lived experiences.
The strength of multi-plane psychology lies in harmonizing all four planes together, helping the person feel more whole, aligned with their desires, with a clear mind that enables realistic and achievable decisions, and with motivation that drives change until goals are reached.
Our project
It provides theoretical foundations to understand the person as a whole and enables work on the four planes of personality—mental, emotional, vital, and physical—with effective practical tools to harmonize them.

Multi-plane psychology was born from the union of my two passions: psychotherapy and therapeutic meditation and emotional integration.
I believe this union allows us to deepen more aspects of personality and above all validate with tangible results compared to what we can see and work on with psychotherapy alone.
